If you have read up on resveritol, you’ll know how it can help you to lose weight by suppressing your appetite. That is great news and we really recommend resveritol if you are looking to lose weight without starving yourself. But what else can you do to lose weight?
Acai Berry
Ever heard of acai berry? It’s a little berry grown in south American, mainly Brazil, and it is being sold in the US as part of a health supplement. Acai berries are extremely high in antioxidants which are a great benefit to your health, plus they are believed to increase your metabolism. All of this is fantastic if you want to lose weight fast.
The acai supplements you buy online, often contain other ingredients to aid weight loss. Depending on the product, this may be green tea extract or maybe even pomegranates. Read the ingredients carefully to know what you are getting and if you want to try this kind of product, we recommend ones which have a high percentage of acai berry or with green tea added.
The antioxidants in acai berry (known as baie acai in France) are also fantastic for combating aging. Want to live longer and look younger for longer? Then include acai berries and resveritol in your daily diet. Of course, the science behind these products is still in its infancy but the early scientific research is definitely promising.
Try it now and see how quickly you start to see results for yourself.

The scientists, from Harvard Medical School and Biomol research laboratory in Philadelphia, have identified resveratrol as the key ingredient in red wine… This molecule is abundant in red wine. It gives red wine its anti-cancer and anti-heart disease properties. more
One of the most talked about pieces of dietary news to arise in recent years is that red wine is good for your health. Dr. Oz says part of the reason is the alcohol and part is resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant that comes from the skins of grapes. more
Scientists have long thought a natural compound called resveratrol, which is found in some red wines, could help slow the aging process by helping to protect tissues inside the body. more
The levels of resveratrol found in food varies greatly. Red wine contains between 0.2 and 5.8 mg/L, depending on the grape variety, while white wine has much less - the reason being that red wine is fermented with the skins, allowing the wine to absorb the resveratrol, whereas white wine is fermented after the skin has been removed. A number of reports have indicated that muscadine grapes may contain high concentrations of resveratrol and that wines produced from these grapes, both red and white, may contain more than 40 mg/L. However, subsequent studies have found little or no resveratrol in different varieties of muscadine grapes. The fruit of the mulberry (especially the skin) is a source of resveratrol and sold as a nutritional supplement. more
